Gold Medal Cookies
1 cup shortening
¾ cup wh. Sugar
¾ cup br. Sugar
2 Eggs
Cream these 4 ingred. Until light and fluffy.
Mix 2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Add to shortening mixture
Add 1 cup oatmeal
¾ cup chopped pecans
1 pkg. or 1 ½ cups choco-chunks
1 cup milk choc. Chips
I pkg. toffee bits
Bake at 350 F. until golden. Approx 8 min.
We wanted something special
to celebrate the last days of the Olympics
so we created this recipe.
