Because of Who You Are.....

Because of who You are, oh God
Believers rest secure
Though terror weeps upon the sod
We have a hope that’s sure

Because of who You are, oh God
Though tears of dread may fall
You keep us in each mile we trod
For You are in control

We know who You are, oh God
Though man destroys and kills
You tell us we should fear the One
Who casts lost souls to hell

Because of who You are oh God
The wicked one will fail
You will strike Your holy rod
Evil will not prevail

Because of who You are, oh God
We ought to bend our knee
How short the day of temporal sod
How long eternity
